Dealing Challenging Project

Dealing a project can be quite challenging, especially when you're facing deadlines, pressure from stakeholders or dealing with conflicts among team members. When the situation is messy and there's no significant progress happening, it's good to step back, clear our minds and analyze what have been missing or wrong and how to fix it.

1. Review the scope & get all the necessary requirement
Check again on the scope of the project, collect all the necessary information as detailed as possible from trusted source.

2. Involve all the parties since the beginning of discussion
To avoid any misunderstanding or repeating effort to disseminate information, involve all relevant members in the discussion.

3. Make plan/WBS
Break down the project scope into smaller task up to very detailed to-do items. You can make it in form of WBS and includes target start & end date to keep you on schedule.

4. Start doing, stop waiting
Don't wait, start doing whatever you can do even though you're faster than the schedule.

5. Review the progress frequently
